Q. Do you require a specific homebuilder, or a specific style of house? A. We do not require a specific homebuilder or a specific style of house. Your house plans must be submitted and approved by an Architectural Review Committee before construction. There is a 1700 square foot minimum for one level homes, 1900 square foot minimum on a story and a half, and 2100 square foot minimum on a two story home. No trailers or mobile homes are allowed.

Q. Are Waterfront Lots dockable? A. Yes, Waterfront lots have already been assigned Boat Docks Permits by the Army Corp of Engineers
Q. What type of activities are allowed in the lake? A. The lake is a fully recreational lake for swimming, boating (gas or electric engines), sailing, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boats, jet skiing, water skiing, tubing, wakeboarding etc.

Williams Farm is located in the Wilkes County Public School System, with students attending Wilkesboro Elementary School, Central Wilkes Middle School, and Wilkes Central High School.
